        Cake Base:<\/h3>

        Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F)<\/strong> and line the bottom of a 26 cm (10-inch) springform pan<\/strong> with parchment paper.
        In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites<\/strong> together with sugar<\/strong> and vanilla sugar<\/strong> until frothy. Then, add the egg yolks<\/strong> and mix well. Gently fold in the flour<\/strong> and cornstarch<\/strong> until just combined.
        Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 8\u201310 minutes at 180\u00b0C<\/strong>. After baking, remove the cake base from the pan and allow it to cool completely.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Sea Buckthorn Cream:<\/h3>

        Soak the gelatin<\/strong> according to the package instructions. Whip the cream<\/strong> until stiff and set it aside.
        In a saucepan, heat 200 g of sea buckthorn fruit spread<\/strong> together with the well-squeezed gelatin<\/strong> until the mixture is warm (do not boil).
        Add the quark, sugar, and yogurt<\/strong>, and stir everything into a smooth, creamy consistency.
        Transfer the mixture to a larger bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream<\/strong>.
        Evenly spread the sea buckthorn cream<\/strong> over the cake base. Garnish the cake with the remaining sea buckthorn fruit spread<\/strong>.
