Drive on the A1 towards Lübeck.
Switch to the A20 towards Rostock/Stralsund.
Take the Stralsund/Insel Rügen exit and follow the B96 over the Rügen Bridge.
In Bergen auf Rügen, switch to the B196 towards Sellin/Binz.
In Sellin, follow Mönchguter Straße until you reach house number 4.

Take the A11 towards Prenzlau.
Switch to the A20 towards Stralsund/Insel Rügen.
Take the Stralsund/Insel Rügen exit and follow the B96 over the Rügen Bridge.
In Bergen auf Rügen, switch to the B196 towards Sellin/Binz.
In Sellin, follow Mönchguter Straße until you reach house number 4

From Hamburg or Berlin, take the ICE/IC train to Stralsund or Bergen auf Rügen. From there, continue with the regional train to Binz or Sellin or take a bus/taxi to your destination.
